A qualified nursing sister will be employed by the complex, the cost of which is included in the monthly levy. The sister will be available to advise on medical issues and emergencies and perform routine procedures such as checking blood pressure and sugar levels, changing dressings etc.
Each apartment will be fitted with an intercom which will enable the resident to contact the sister in the case of an emergency.
